AI output can be wrong

Large language models can produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or that cites nonexistent authorities ("hallucinations"). MyGavel makes no representation that any AI-generated content is accurate, legally sufficient, or appropriate for your specific matter, jurisdiction, or court.

You must review everything

Before you sign, serve, file, mail, upload, or otherwise rely on any document generated by MyGavel, you must independently verify:

Every factual statement, name, date, dollar amount, and exhibit reference
Every legal citation and statutory reference
Formatting requirements imposed by your court and local rules
Filing deadlines, service rules, and procedural requirements
Whether the underlying law has changed since the draft was generated

How we use AI

We use third-party AI models to power drafting, the assistant, and document review. Content you submit for drafting is processed under contractual terms with those providers that prohibit training on your content. See our Privacy Policy.

No guarantee of outcome

MyGavel does not guarantee any legal outcome, ruling, filing acceptance, or result. Every court, judge, and case is different. Past drafts are not predictive of future results.
